For the past 20 years, Dr. Carina Patnode has helped thousands of people regain health through the power of chiropractic and educating about the body's innate ability to heal. She has a strong passion to communicate the benefits of proactive care and help families take active roles in their own health.
Dr. Carina grew up in Durand, WI. She is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University in MN, where she obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic. She is a Prescott resident and enjoys devoting her time and talents to the people of Prescott and surrounding communities near and far. In fact, it is not unusual for folks to travel long distances to come & hear her say "Your power is ON!" after receiving their chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Carina's approach brings along a gentle bedside manner and a special knack for working with babies and children while earning their trust and admiration.
Dr. Carina initially joined Prescott Chiropractic as an associate in November of 2008 after practicing in Minnesota for two years. She then went on to purchase the practice in August of 2014 and has since continued on her mission to educate patients and the community on how Wellness chiropractic care and lifestyle factors like proper nutrition, quality supplements, active movement, and mindset all play a role and work together synergistically to improve our overall health and wellbeing. Dr. Carina continues on her quest for knowledge about the incredible human body by attending seminars and workshops focused on nutrition and chiropractic care for people of ALL ages.
When Dr. Carina isn't busy adjusting, learning, and educating, she is active in the community and giving of her time with local family and children's events. It is well known that supporting small business is very important to her. But most of all, in her downtime, she loves nothing more than spending those precious hours with her family. Those peaceful moments at home with her husband and three children, a family adventure exploring nature, a bit of retail therapy, and attending her children's sporting events are all things that fill her cup.

Dr. Marisa Hamre, DC
Dr. Marisa Hamre joined Prescott Chiropractic in August 2015. She brings enthusiasm and modern clinical approaches to the office. Dr. Marisa has a special interest in working with children and expecting mothers, and has completed certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Chiropractic completely changed Dr. Marisa's life as a high school athlete in River Falls, WI. After receiving chiropractic care for the first time, she was able to quickly return to playing soccer--injury free. Chiropractic not only helped with her sport injuries, it also helped with her childhood asthma.
Dr. Marisa graduated from Chiropractic College in March 2015, and continues to advance her knowledge and skills through regular continuing education. Dr. Marisa aspires to change the way the community views health and wellness. As a chiropractic physician and previous personal trainer, she can help people of all ages improve their lives and achieve better health!
Dr. Marisa resides in Woodbury, MN with her husband Travis and their adorable son Jaylen. Aside from the world of parenting and the many joys that it brings, Dr. Marisa has an active lifestyle involving many outdoor activities. She loves running marathons, downhill skiing, attending concerts, and visiting wineries just to name a few. If it involves a new and exciting adventure, count her in!

Dr. Casey Webber, DC
Dr. Casey Webber grew up just across the river in Hastings, MN. As a child, Dr. Casey loved cheering on the Minnesota sports teams with her family. She was always very active herself in dance and soccer. She danced competitively here in Prescott at Stella Dance Studio, and continues to work there now as a dance instructor and choreographer.
Dr. Casey has always had a passion for athletics and helping others, which eventually led her to the field of chiropractic. Throughout her schooling, she focused on sports chiropractic and is excited to get to provide care for both the young athletes of Prescott, as well as their families! We are thrilled to have Dr. Casey on our team at PC, as she brings an exciting and fresh approach with remarkable skill. We'll venture a guess that her fine-tuned and precise adjustment techniques come so naturally to her with the many years of experience in dance and as a dance instructor, including her attention to detail and knowledge of the mechanics of the human body. Dr. Casey also has an interest in seeing pregnant women, infants, and children. She has recently completed specialized training in the Webster Technique, which aims to reduce the effects of sacroiliac joint dysfunction and pelvic misalignments to provide a more optimal environment for the developing baby and ease discomfort for the mother.
In her free time, Dr. Casey enjoys a cozy night in with a good book or movie, trying new foods (typically accompanied by a good glass of wine) and attempting to keep her house plants alive. Being born and raised a Minnesota girl, Dr. Casey will proudly continue to cheer on her Minnesota sports teams despite the potential controversy!

Dr. Katelin Krueger, DC
Dr. Katelin Krueger grew up in River Falls, WI. She was brought up in a chiropractic family with her grandfather and uncle as chiropractors paving the way for her passion of helping others reach their goals and live a healthier life with support of chiropractic care. She has experienced the difference chiropractic care can make her entire life and is eager to share her passion and knowledge with patients of all ages.
Dr. Katelin graduated from Logan University in Chesterfield MO. Her education at Logan provided her an advanced skill level with Activator method, an instrument assisted technique that is suitable for all ages. She hopes to use her knowledge and skills to inspire and help her community reach their goals! Dr. Katelin also has an interest in seeing pregnant women, infants, and children and has recently completed specialized training in the Webster Technique.
Outside the office Dr. Katelin enjoys spending time with her friends, family, her husband Hunter, and her dog Rosie. She loves enjoying the outdoors whether it be a hike, being on the water or sitting on the deck soaking up the sun but most likely you will find her on a golf course. She grew up golfing with her family and played competitively throughout college and still likes to see who in the family can win a friendly competition.

Trista Duffy, CMT
Trista grew up in Rochester, MN and made the move to Prescott in 2015. Since then, this is the place she calls home with her husband Bob, and four children; Bobby, Riley, Brayden and Brynlee. Trista has been on her holistic and natural living journey since 2010 and always knew she wanted a career in the health and wellness field. In fact, as soon as she became a Prescott resident, she signed her entire family up to start wellness care at Prescott Chiropractic and to this day, she and her family continue their regular wellness checks to keep their nervous systems strong and healthy!
Trista finds it immensely rewarding to provide the gentle touch of massage for healing to help others feel good and empower them to live their best life. She loves being able to call Prescott Chiropractic her career home! You can also find Trista next door working as a Massage Therapist at Ooh Ahh Massage & Spa.

Prescott Chiropractic has been blessed to have Alexi for the past 7 years. Prescott born and raised, her loving personality and healing hands have made such a difference in the care our patients have received! Outside of work, Lexi is a wife to her husband Shawn, and mama to her fun-loving son Boston, and beautiful daughter Alora. Together, they love going on adventures and can have fun just about anywhere! One of their absolute favorite things is FOOD! They enjoy grabbing a bite to eat at their favorite restaurants - and NEVER forget to get dessert! Alexi says of her favorite things about working at Prescott Chiro: “It would be working with the most amazing group of ladies, they truly make work fun and enjoyable and we've created such a unique friendship and sisterhood here. I also love caring for our patients and hearing their feedback whether its their first time in or if they've been a weekly patient for years. (One of) my favorite things is caring for pregnant mommas, meeting their babies and then watching them grow.. it's such a special journey to be a part of!

Kate Wlaschin, CT, CRT
Kate and her husband Andy live in Prescott with their beloved labrador retriever, Beretta. They enjoy keeping busy with home renovation projects and spending time with close friends. Kate has strong roots at Prescott Chiropractic, being employed since 2011. She initially started as a massage therapist and also acquired her radiology tech certification. In January of 2023, she retired her hard working massage hands to take on a new role as office coordinator. Kate has a natural ability in working with children and adults as her friendly and approachable personality creates a warm and inviting space where people are eager to return again and again. We especially appreciate Kate for her sense of humor and strong organizational skills! When Kate ensures the flow of the office is maintained in an oh-so-neat 'n tidy, orderly, and timely fashion, you get the optimal chiropractic experience!

Leena Tuura
Leena joined Prescott Chiropractic in 2012. She's our creative Jack of all trades taking on a wide variety of projects that include front and back office duties, insurance, educating patients, technology and website maintenance, photography, designing merchandise for the company and keeping the plants looking pretty. We are grateful to have her kind spirit here to welcome our patients everyday. When asked what she loves most about working here, she says “I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to work with the most amazing people in a beautiful, positive, uplifting environment that nurtures goodness and health and wellness with like-minded folks! My most favorite perk of all is adorning my arms with the assortment of babies and children who come in to see us! I get my baby fix everyday!”
Leena started her chiro journey at the age of 10 when she saw her first chiropractor after suffering from frequent headaches and migraines. She admits she's seen a lot of different D.C.'s along the way and was glad they were able to help her find relief in treating the cause of her pain, but she insists there are none quite like the Docs at Prescott Chiro. They seem to have an energy all their own and keep her feeling and performing at her very best and that is why she is such a strong believer in regular chiro care and all that it encompasses.
Leena is mom to two sweet kiddos of her own, Aija and Aari. Outside of work she is a most loving mama, sister, auntie and friend who loves a good sauna and strolling the beaches of Lake Superior.

Ashley Filkins
Ashley is our amazing front desk Patient Coordinator multi-tasking master extraordinaire! She grew up in River Falls, WI and relocated to Prescott with her brand new husband, Hunter. Ashley and her hubby love snowmobiling, fishing, going for walks and casual nights out at their favorite local spots. Together, they have two canine fur babies, Nellie the Golden Retriever and Turbo the Black Lab, and a feline kitty named Johnny. Ashley is a people person so meeting & greeting is her specialty. We couldn’t be luckier to have a such a cheery and friendly gal like Ashley on our team. Between taking calls, scheduling appointments, replying to text messages, and keeping on top of our busy patient schedule, Ashley always has something fun to share and of course, the little ones love her. Some call Ashley the "Nicest Human on Earth". Have an encounter with her and you'll likely agree!
Ashley has been receiving chiropractic care for many years. She feels it has been life changing for her health and general wellness. She loves sharing the benefits of regular chiropractic care and that is one of the many reasons she is so happy to be here at Prescott Chiro!

Tammy Roehl
Tammy is the newest addition to our team as a Chiropractic Assistant. She comes with two years of previous experience in the field and she jumped right into our busy office effortlessly taking on tasks.
Tammy is originally from St. Cloud, WI but has resided in the Ellsworth, WI area since 2010. She and her husband have a fun-loving son, they all enjoy a little outdoor adventure with their two dogs which includes bon fires, hunting, and taking walks out in the woods. We appreciate her spunky personality bringing a fun, upbeat, and positive attitude to our office! She comes with a couple of strong hands that do an amazing job at alleviating stiff muscles! You'll find Tammy helping out at the front desk along with working as an assistant to the doctors.
